Remote AI-Native Data Platform Engineer (Semantic 360)

WEX, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in transforming its enterprise data platform. This position is fully remote; however, candidates must reside within 30 miles of specified locations, including the San Francisco Bay Area, CA.

Role Overview

In this capacity, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data models. You will also maintain transformation pipelines while integrating modern AI tools into your daily development workflow to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following background and skills:

  • 4-8 years of experience in software or data engineering
  • A bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python

Compensation and Benefits

WEX offers a competitive annual salary range of $121,500 to $145,500. Additionally, the company provides comprehensive benefits to support employee well-being.
