This initiative seeks highly capable Senior Regression Test Engineers with deep enterprise testing experience to support large-scale financial platforms. The role demands disciplined testing practices, reliability, and precise execution within a regulated industry environment.

Role Context

As a contractor through NextGen Coding Company, you will join a U.S.-based engineering team focused on precision and reliability. The position offers a long-term pipeline of regression testing work in a stable, compliance-driven environment. This is an opportunity to support one of the largest NYSE-listed financial services companies, with the potential to grow into technical lead or test manager pathways.

Engagement Details

This is a 1099 contract position requiring a W9. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents and 100% USA-based. The client’s regulatory and compliance requirements necessitate a U.S.-educated, U.S.-based engineering team due to internal governance protocols. Community college degrees are not accepted, and a D1 university background is strongly preferred. Candidates who completed undergraduate education in India or other non-U.S. institutions are not eligible.
