As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will operate at the intersection of innovation and rigorous engineering. This role exists to drive the development of novel Electronic Protection designs that counter complex, evolving threats. You will engage in a dynamic day-to-day environment that includes architecting new designs, analyzing algorithm performance nuances, and developing sophisticated models and simulations to support system design evaluation.
Your work will involve conducting data analysis to assess system performance, writing verification plans with traceability to specifications, and supporting integration and test activities. You will investigate discrepancies, provide technical assessments of anomalies, and drive issues to resolution. Additionally, you will participate in landmark reviews with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams. A key aspect of this role is mentoring junior engineers and sharing deep knowledge of Electronic Protection concepts.
