As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will join a collaborative environment designed for those who enjoy technical challenges that require thinking outside the box. Your day-to-day will involve architecting new designs, digging into the nuances of algorithm performance, and developing novel models.
You will be responsible for developing models and detailed simulations to support system design evaluation, as well as conducting data analysis to assess system performance. A key part of your role involves writing verification plans and test procedures that demonstrate traceability to system and software specifications. You will support integration and test activities, evaluate results, investigate discrepancies, and drive technical anomalies to resolution.
Beyond technical execution, you will participate in landmark reviews of Radar System products with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge of Electronic Protection concepts. This role is ideal for someone ready to take on the complexities of an ever-evolving adversary and drive new Electronic Protection designs.
