At Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS), we tackle the world's most formidable challenges within the Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors (IWSS) organization. Our Electronic Protection team brings together the brightest minds in Radar engineering across our Moorestown, NJ, and Syracuse, NY sites. We collaborate to invent solutions where none exist, pushing the boundaries of Electronic Protection to stay ahead of adversaries in the ever-evolving landscape of Electronic Warfare.

Our team of systems engineers and sensor architects works in unison to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities to a broad array of customers, including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and international partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.

About the Role

As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will join a team dedicated to the challenge of a lifetime. This role exists to drive the development of novel Electronic Protection designs that address the complexities of an ever-evolving adversary. You will engage in a collaborative environment where hard work is the fun part, focusing on architecting new designs, analyzing algorithm nuances, and developing models to support system evaluation.

Your day-to-day involves developing detailed simulations, conducting data analysis to assess performance, and writing verification plans with traceability to specifications. You will support integration and test activities, investigate anomalies, and drive issues to resolution. Additionally, you will participate in landmark reviews with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams, while mentoring junior engineers and sharing your expertise in Electronic Protection concepts.
