We support critical programs for the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and international partners including Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will join a team dedicated to the challenge of a lifetime. This role exists to drive innovation in Electronic Protection solutions, ensuring our customers remain secure against complex threats. You will engage in a dynamic environment where hard work is the fun part, focusing on architecting new designs, analyzing algorithm nuances, and developing novel models.
Your day-to-day involves developing detailed simulations to support system design evaluation and conducting data analysis to assess performance. You will write verification plans and test procedures that maintain traceability to system specifications, while supporting integration, testing, and certification activities. A key part of your mission is participating in landmark reviews with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise in Electronic Protection concepts to foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
