As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will operate at the intersection of complex system design and rigorous verification. Your day-to-day involves developing detailed models and simulations to support system design evaluation and conducting data analysis to assess performance. You will craft verification plans and test procedures that ensure traceability to system and software specifications.
You will play a critical role in integration and test activities, evaluating results, investigating discrepancies, and driving anomalies to resolution. This role requires active participation in landmark reviews with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise on Electronic Protection concepts while supporting certification activities.
Our Electronic Protection team consists of systems engineers and sensor architects working in unison to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities. We support a broad array of Radar products for major defense agencies, including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, and Space Force. Our reach extends to international partners, including Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
