Our team of systems engineers and sensor architects works in unison to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities to a broad array of customers. We support critical programs for the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, Army, Space Force, and international partners including Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will join a team dedicated to life-long learning where hard work is the fun part. You will develop models and detailed simulations to support system design evaluation and conduct data analysis to assess system performance. Your work will involve writing verification plans and test procedures that demonstrate traceability to system and software specifications.
You will support integration and test activities, evaluating results, investigating discrepancies, and driving anomalies to resolution. This role requires participating in landmark reviews of Radar System products with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge of Electronic Protection concepts.
