At Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS), we tackle the world's most formidable challenges within the Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors (IWSS) organization. Our mission is to seek innovative ideas and creative solutions for seemingly impossible problems faced by our customers. We collaborate with top-tier Radar engineers across our Moorestown, NJ, and Syracuse, NY sites to invent solutions where none previously existed.

Our Electronic Protection team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of Electronic Protection solutions, ensuring we stay ahead of adversaries in the ever-evolving landscape of Electronic Warfare. We are a collective of systems engineers and sensor architects working together to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities to a broad array of Radar products and customers, including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and international partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.

About the Role

As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will join a team of the brightest minds in the world to drive the future of Electronic Warfare. This role is designed for those who thrive on the challenge of a lifetime and view hard work as the fun part of the job.

In this position, you will partner with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams to participate in landmark reviews of Radar System products. You will be responsible for developing models and detailed simulations to support system design evaluation, conducting data analysis to assess performance, and writing verification plans and test procedures that ensure traceability to system and software specifications. Your day-to-day will involve supporting integration and test activities, evaluating results, investigating discrepancies, and driving technical anomalies to resolution. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and share your expertise on Electronic Protection concepts.
