As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will be part of a collaborative environment where you architect new designs, dig into algorithm nuances, develop novel models, and support the live testing of tactical systems. You will engage in a technical journey that requires thinking outside the box, working with motivated engineers to drive new Electronic Protection designs against an ever-evolving adversary.
Your day-to-day involves developing models and detailed simulations to support system design evaluation, conducting data analysis to assess performance, and writing verification plans with traceability to specifications. You will support integration and test activities, investigate discrepancies, and drive issues to resolution. Additionally, you will participate in landmark reviews with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams, while mentoring junior engineers and sharing knowledge of Electronic Protection concepts.
Our Electronic Protection team consists of systems engineers and sensor architects working together to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities. We support a broad array of Radar products for customers including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and international partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
