At Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS), we tackle the world's most significant challenges within the Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors (IWSS) organization. Our Electronic Protection team brings together the brightest minds across our Moorestown, NJ, and Syracuse, NY sites to invent solutions where none previously existed. We collaborate with top-tier Radar engineers to push the boundaries of Electronic Protection, staying ahead of adversaries in the ever-evolving landscape of Electronic Warfare.

Our team of systems engineers and sensor architects works in unison to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities to a broad array of customers. We support the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and international partners including Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.

About the Role

As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will join a team dedicated to the challenge of a lifetime. This role exists to drive innovation in Electronic Protection solutions, ensuring our customers remain secure against complex, evolving threats. You will engage in a career where hard work is the fun part, offering opportunities for lifelong learning and technical growth.

In this position, you will develop models and detailed simulations to support system design evaluation, conduct data analysis to assess performance, and write verification plans with traceability to specifications. You will support integration and test activities, investigate discrepancies, and drive technical issues to resolution. Additionally, you will participate in landmark reviews with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams, while mentoring junior engineers and sharing your expertise in Electronic Protection concepts.
