As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will join a collaborative environment designed for those who enjoy technical challenges that require thinking outside the box. Your day-to-day will involve architecting new designs, digging into the nuances of algorithm performance, and developing novel models.
You will be responsible for developing models and detailed simulations to support system design evaluation, conducting data analysis to assess system performance, and writing verification plans and test procedures with traceability to specifications. The role requires active participation in integration and test activities, investigating discrepancies, and driving anomalies to resolution. You will also support certification activities and participate in landmark reviews with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams. A key part of your contribution will be mentoring junior engineers and sharing knowledge of Electronic Protection concepts.
