Our Electronic Protection team brings together the brightest minds across our Moorestown, NJ, and Syracuse, NY sites to invent solutions where none previously existed. We collaborate with top-tier Radar engineers to push the boundaries of Electronic Protection, staying ahead of adversaries in the ever-evolving landscape of Electronic Warfare.
Our team of systems engineers and sensor architects works in unison to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities to a broad array of customers. We support critical Radar products for the Missile Defense Agency, U.S. Navy, Air Force, Army, Space Force, and international partners including Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will join a team dedicated to life-long learning where hard work is the fun part. You will develop models and detailed simulations to support system design evaluation and conduct data analysis to assess system performance. Your work will involve writing verification plans and test procedures that demonstrate traceability to system and software specifications.
You will support integration and test activities, evaluating results, investigating discrepancies, and driving technical anomalies to resolution. This role requires participating in landmark reviews of Radar System products with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge of Electronic Protection concepts.
This role is ideal for those who enjoy technical challenges that require thinking outside the box. You will thrive in a collaborative environment with other motivated engineers who like getting their hands dirty architecting new designs, digging into algorithm performance nuances, developing novel models, and supporting live testing of tactical systems. If you are ready to take on the complexities of an ever-evolving adversary driving new Electronic Protection designs, this is the place for you.
