Our team of systems engineers and sensor architects works in unison to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities to a broad array of customers. We support critical programs for the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and international partners including Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will join a team dedicated to the challenge of a lifetime. This role exists to drive innovation in Electronic Protection solutions, ensuring our customers remain secure against complex threats. You will engage in a day-to-day environment that blends technical rigor with creative problem-solving, moving from developing detailed models and simulations to supporting live testing of tactical systems.
You will partner with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, internal and external customers, and senior leadership to participate in landmark reviews of Radar System products. Your work will involve conducting data analysis to assess system performance, writing verification plans with traceability to specifications, and driving technical anomalies to resolution. Beyond the technical execution, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge of Electronic Protection concepts and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
