Our Electronic Protection team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of Electronic Protection solutions, ensuring we stay ahead of adversaries in the ever-evolving landscape of Electronic Warfare. We are a collective of systems engineers and sensor architects working together to deliver quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities to a broad array of Radar products and customers, including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and international partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will join a team of the brightest minds in the world to drive the future of Electronic Warfare. This role is designed for those seeking the challenge of a lifetime, where hard work is the fun part and life-long learning is the norm.
You will partner with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, program leadership, and internal and external customers to participate in landmark reviews of Radar System products. Your day-to-day will involve developing models and detailed simulations to support system design evaluation, conducting data analysis to assess system performance, and writing verification plans and test procedures that demonstrate traceability to system and software specifications. You will support integration and test activities, evaluate results, investigate discrepancies, and drive technical anomalies to resolution. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge of Electronic Protection concepts.
