As a Senior Systems Engineer – Radar Electronic Protection, you will join a team of systems engineers and sensor architects dedicated to delivering quality designs and cutting-edge capabilities. You will partner with internal and external customers, program leadership, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams to support a broad array of Radar products. Our work serves major clients including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and international partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.
In this role, you will engage in a collaborative environment that encourages thinking outside the box. You will architect new designs, analyze algorithm performance nuances, develop novel models, and support the live testing of tactical systems. Your day-to-day will involve developing models and simulations for system design evaluation, conducting data analysis to assess performance, and writing verification plans with traceability to specifications. You will also support integration and test activities, investigate discrepancies, drive issues to resolution, and mentor junior engineers in Electronic Protection concepts.
