Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead and mentor assigned schedulers, supporting their personal and career development
- check_circleDevelop and maintain realistic EPC project schedules using P6 software
- check_circleAnalyze project documents to form the basis of EPC schedules
- check_circlePerform quantity take-offs to establish accurate activity durations
- check_circleUpdate schedules bi-monthly, incorporating actuals and monitoring critical path deviations
- check_circlePropose corrective actions to the project team based on schedule analysis
- check_circleMaintain comprehensive delay logs and LD exposure reports
- check_circleVisit job sites to build rapport and understand site-specific details
Requirements
- verifiedEngineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- verifiedMinimum 5 years construction scheduling experience
- verifiedPrior Scheduling experience in an EPC environment is required
- verifiedHigh proficiency and experience using P6 Software required
- verifiedStrong ability to read and understand plans and specifications
- verifiedThorough knowledge of construction methods and processes
- verifiedSolid understanding of construction-related Critical Path Method scheduling
- verifiedStrong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- verifiedExcellent written and verbal English communication skills
- verifiedAbility to travel to jobsites
- verifiedApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship
