About the Team
Disney Experiences Technology creates world-class immersive digital experiences for the Company's premier vacation brands, including Disney's Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, and the MyDisneyExperience app. This division is responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience across Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise.
This role sits within the Disney Consumer Products (DCP) - Licensing Technology organization. The team focuses on aligning business and technical objectives across the global DCP Segment and technology partners, driving change management for next-generation features in licensing financial and AI platforms.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Solutions Manager (Project Hire), you will identify workflow improvements and facilitate conversations with Licensing Financial and Artificial Intelligence Systems stakeholders. You will drive change management plans to prepare the business for future features and collaborate with project management and software development teams to support the launch and ongoing operational improvements of these systems.
You will bring a global perspective, ensuring IT processes are repeatable and recommending smart approaches to gather requirements and deliver projects. The role requires identifying and assessing forward-thinking solutions for both technical and business feasibility. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working well under pressure and seeking opportunities to find solutions for new business opportunities while operating effectively at many levels of the organization.
Hiring Process
This is a 2.5-year project hire role through March 2028. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their ability to translate finance, revenue accounting, or AI model governance goals into a technology product strategy and roadmap.
