About the Role
This position is a 100% onsite role located in Tucson, AZ, where you will guide multidisciplinary teams in the development of test equipment. You will operate within a production environment, prioritizing multiple tasks while contributing to cost and schedule management planning. A key aspect of this role involves communicating project status to senior management and troubleshooting both software and test equipment. You will also be responsible for developing requirements for software products, leveraging strong written and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively with Program Management.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Working knowledge of computer architecture and computer hardware optimization techniques. Extensive knowledge of the development of software drivers for the operation of computer hardware interfaces. Extensive knowledge in common computer hardware interface and data protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, RS-422. Professional experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML) to visualize software architecture and design (Ex. IBM Rhapsody, Cameo System Modeler, and Cameo Enterprise Architecture). Professional experience of software development lifecycles, such as Agile. Experience with Software Configuration Management principles.
