- check_circleAdminister Kubernetes clusters to meet engineering team needs
- check_circleProvision cloud infrastructure using Terraform and infrastructure as code
- check_circleAdminister CI/CD pipelines and internal tools to improve developer experience
- check_circleExplore new tools to improve application security and reliability
- check_circleAddress technical debt and support production applications
- check_circleManage cloud networks, security policies, and low-level cloud services
- check_circleAssist engineers with best practices for platform usage and deployment
Requirements
- verified5+ years experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Systems Engineering
- verifiedProficient with at least one high-level programming language - Python, Go, or whatever else you like
- verifiedStrong understanding of networking, containers, security and scalability
- verifiedStrong Kubernetes fundamentals and experience with Helm or other common tools in the ecosystem
- verifiedStrong infrastructure as code skills (we use Terraform)
- verifiedBroad experience across many cloud services within a major cloud provider (we use AWS)
- verifiedExperience with observability platforms (we use Datadog)
- verifiedExperience writing CI/CD pipelines (we use GitHub Actions)
- verifiedExperience being part of an on-call rotation to fix urgent issues
