We are seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Loan Processor (Bilingual Mandarin) to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient loan processing from submission to closing.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and brings deep knowledge of mortgage guidelines and documentation. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage high volume of mortgage loan files from submission through closing
- check_circleReview loan applications and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
- check_circleEnsure adherence to investor guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
- check_circleCommunicate effectively with Loan Officers, underwriters, borrowers, and third parties
- check_circleIdentify and resolve issues proactively to prevent delays in closing
- check_circleMaintain accurate and timely updates in the loan origination system (LOS)
- check_circleTrain, mentor, and support junior team members
- check_circleContinuously improve workflows and leverage technology to increase efficiency
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- verifiedMinimum 3+ years of experience as a mortgage loan processor
- verifiedFluent in Mandarin
- verifiedStrong knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines, compliance, and documentation
- verifiedProficiency with loan origination systems (LOS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- verifiedExperience or willingness to learn AI-powered tools
