At Schwab, you're empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us "challenge the status quo" and transform the finance industry together. We champion your growth through meaningful work, continuous learning, and a culture of trust and collaboration—so you can build the skills to make a lasting impact.
As a Sr. Manager, Wealth Advisor within Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), you are joining a premier, fee-based, and non-discretionary investment advisory solution. You will provide clients with a personal relationship, specialized service, and ongoing advice built on Schwab's approach to investing. Working as a fiduciary within a dedicated team, you will have a direct impact on the lives of clients by delivering an exceptional client experience.
SWA's advice philosophy empowers you to use a vast array of products, including stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and option trading. This role is designed to help you manage complex client portfolios and achieve their goals while growing within an experienced, collaborative team. You will deepen relationships with various partners, including industry-leading advisors, and have the opportunity to mentor junior SWA team members. If you are looking to develop with a firm that challenges you to deepen your wealth management expertise while doing what you love, this may be the opportunity for you.

We offer a competitive benefits package that takes care of the whole you – both today and in the future. This includes a 401(k) with company match and an Employee stock purchase plan. We provide paid time for vacation and volunteering, as well as a 28-day sabbatical after every 5 years of service for eligible positions. Additional offerings include paid parental leave and family building benefits, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
Schwab is an equal opportunity employer. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, identity, or experience.
