About the Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to join our practice in a unique, dual-track opportunity designed to accommodate two distinct professional profiles. This role is ideal for an ambitious leader at the Manager or Senior Manager level who is ready to take the next step in their career.

The Growth Track For those at the Senior Manager level, this position offers a clear runway to a Partner-entry role with a path to equity. You will manage high-performing teams and operate with a "consultant" mindset, building trust with both clients and internal staff.
