About the Role

This is a unique, dual-track strategic leadership opportunity designed to accommodate two distinct professional profiles within our practice. We are seeking a Manager to Senior Manager (with openings also at Director and Partner levels) to join our team in Fort Worth, TX, and Overland Park, KS.

The Growth Track For an ambitious leader currently at the Senior Manager level, this role offers a clear runway to a Partner-entry position. You will manage high-performing teams and serve as a strategic leader for our clients. We value a "consultant" mindset and the ability to build trust with both clients and internal staff.
