About the Role

This contingent assignment places you as a Senior IAM Enablement Lead within the Financial Services sector. You will serve as a strategic consultant on complex, large-scale Information Security initiatives, requiring in-depth evaluation of multi-faceted challenges and unprecedented factors. The role exists to bridge the gap between technical IAM capabilities and business needs, ensuring secure, seamless access across cloud and hybrid environments.

In this position, you will drive the adoption of enterprise IAM services by partnering closely with business and technology teams. Your day-to-day involves translating complex authentication and identity governance concepts into business-friendly solutions, supporting application onboarding and migrations, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet real-world expectations. You will act as the escalation point for complex IAM issues, analyzing business workflows to align security principles like zero trust and least privilege with actual user needs.
