About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Level Professional Engineer experienced in evaluating distress to existing buildings, structures and building envelopes. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of investigative projects, including coordinating with clients, performing site visits, managing resources, writing reports, conducting analyses, reviewing building codes, and setting deadlines to ensure project deliverables are submitted in a professional and timely manner.
The ideal candidate has an established network of clientele and is experienced with building, establishing, and maintaining rapport with this network.
