About the Role
Parexel is seeking a highly motivated and creative leader to drive our global events strategy and manage the events team. As the Senior Director of Events and Conferences, you will report directly to the SVP of Marketing & External Communications. This role is essential for connecting Parexel's key stakeholders with live programs, thought leadership, and content that engages, educates, and inspires participants from around the world.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and management of high-quality events designed to drive organizational goals, including lead generation, stakeholder engagement, and brand building. Success in this position requires a solutions-oriented approach, anticipating issues, integrating creative strategies, and developing compelling, innovative experiences that advance Parexel's mission. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all events reflect Parexel's identity and strategic priorities while maintaining the highest professional standards.
Work Environment
This is a remote role with the ability to travel as needed. The position involves managing a high-performance team and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across the globe.

Requirements
