About the Role

The Senior Director, AI, Workforce Innovation, and Digital Delivery is a visionary leader responsible for driving the strategic integration of advanced technologies, AI, and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to transform workforce operations and elevate the employee experience. This role exists to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and human capital strategy, ensuring that Micron's workforce operations are not only efficient but also predictive and intelligent.

You will operate as a strategic decision-maker with strong judgment, influencing senior stakeholders to lead enterprise change management. The ideal candidate brings intellectual curiosity and operates as an experimenter, continuously exploring new approaches to improve workforce effectiveness. Your day-to-day involves shaping a forward-looking strategy grounded in data, championing the use of AI to streamline workforce management, and acting as a visionary leader for future-state AI-enabled HR technology architecture.
