Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and implement environmental programs at work sites
- check_circleLead project planning and environmental risk analysis
- check_circleReview environmental submittals and attend preconstruction meetings
- check_circleMonitor trade partner work plans for environmental compliance
- check_circleDevelop and lead environmental orientation and training programs
- check_circleConduct work site environmental inspections
- check_circleRecord and analyze environmental statistics and violations
- check_circleConduct or assist with incident analysis and response
- check_circleCollaborate with customers on regulatory reporting requirements
- check_circleIdentify and provide solutions for environmental risks
- check_circleMaintain knowledge of environmental laws and regulations
- check_circleServe as resource for environmental issues for project team
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor’s degree or higher in Geology, Environmental Management, Environmental Science, Biology, or related field
- verifiedMinimum 8 years relevant experience
- verifiedExperience managing hazardous waste and contamination compliance
- verifiedExperience with storm water pollution prevention plans (SWPPP)
- verifiedExperience with endangered species, erosion prevention and sediment control
- verifiedDeep understanding of Federal, State, Provincial and local laws, policies, and procedures
- verifiedAbility to communicate with consultants and governmental agencies
- verifiedProficient with reviewing designs
- verifiedCurrent driver’s license
- verified100% travel required
- verifiedMust be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
