About the Team
Raytheon's Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) strategic business unit specializes in multi-domain integrated air and missile defense, advanced sensors, space-based systems, hypersonics, effectors, and cyber solutions. Focused on program execution and business growth, the ASDS team provides unmatched capabilities in detection, command and control, and munitions for air, space, and missile defense missions.
Within ASDS, the Space Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance Sub-SBU delivers information superiority from space, multi-mission automation, resilient operations, and secure data management.
About the Role
This onsite position in Aurora, CO, serves as a Scrum Master for an Agile software development team working on cutting-edge satellite ground systems. You will partner with talented teams of engineers, architects, and leaders to design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software in a dynamic Agile environment.
In this role, you will tackle tough, meaningful problems that create a safer world. You will gain exposure to a breadth of advanced software technologies, including multi-tiered architectures, AWS web services, microservice design, and modern DevSecOps practices. You will also deepen your understanding of the software lifecycle for large-scale defense projects and satellite ground system technologies.

Nice to Have

Experience with microservices in an AWS environment using Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Test Automation, DevSecOps, and CI/CD processes. Experience with tools such as Confluence, Eclipse, Jira, Jenkins, Junit, Kafka, and Spring Boot.
