About the Team

Raytheon's Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) strategic business unit specializes in multi-domain integrated air and missile defense, advanced sensors, space-based systems, hypersonics, effectors, and cyber solutions. Focused on program execution and business growth, the ASDS team provides unmatched capabilities in detection, sensing, command and control, and munitions.

Within ASDS, the Space Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance Sub-SBU delivers information superiority from space. This team focuses on multi-mission automation, orchestration, multiple intelligence (Multi-INT), resilient operations, secure processing, and data management.

About the Role

This onsite position in Aurora, CO, serves as a Scrum Master for an Agile software development team working on cutting-edge satellite ground systems. You will partner with talented engineers, architects, and leaders to design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain complex software solutions.

In this role, you will navigate the software lifecycle for large-scale defense projects while utilizing modern DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery techniques. You will gain exposure to advanced software technologies, including multi-tiered architectures, AWS web services, microservice design, and containerized applications.
