About the Opportunity

A leading technology and business services firm is seeking a Senior BPO/BPaaS Sales Exec - AI CX (Remote) is a pivotal role within our remote team based in Boston. This position is dedicated to driving growth in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) sectors, with a specific focus on AI-driven customer experience solutions.

The Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key decision-makers. Your primary objective is to drive transformative solutions that address complex business challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of the business process services landscape and the ability to navigate and close complex, global deals.

Who You Are

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 15 years of experience in business process services.5 years of experience in business process services. You have a proven track record of success in selling complex, global solutions and building lasting partnerships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $155,290 to $287,574,574, depending on your experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to attracting top talent who can deliver significant value to our clients and our organization.
