Company Background

Following our Series A funding from Union Square Ventures, we are hiring multiple engineers for this role. Our platform addresses a critical pain point in the private markets sector, which is shifting online at a rapid pace. Investors currently face a cumbersome onboarding process involving the upload of multiple financial documents for regulatory compliance. Our solution allows investors to complete this onboarding process once, creating a portable identity. This enables them to log in and invest anywhere with a single click, having already verified their accredited status.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing products and features while designing and building new ones.

• Develop innovative methods for collecting business-critical metrics from various consumer-facing digital experiences.

• Collaborate regularly with legal and business development partners to gather requirements, provide feedback, and share updates.

Requirements

• Thrive in a collaborative environment where engineers are expected to define project vision, specify technical strategy, and engage in continuous learning.

• Possess strong fundamental skills in relational databases.

• Demonstrate proficiency and a track record of professional success in at least one programming language.

• Have experience with Linux and be comfortable working on the command line.

• Exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to present to audiences and interact empathetically with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following experience will receive strong preference:

• Coding experience in Go, Python, Ruby, Elixir, Rust, or Clojure.

• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• Previous experience in security or penetration testing roles.

• Experience querying large relational datasets or Google's BigQuery.

• Development experience with React or Angular.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $180,000 – $220,000 per year.

• Equity: Grants included.
