The Department of War enterprise data and analytics program delivers mission-critical capabilities that enable leaders across the Department to make faster, better-informed decisions using trusted data at scale. Leidos Digital Modernization sector is seeking an experienced Senior Atlassian Engineer to support the delivery, enhancement, and adoption of enterprise data and analytics products used across multiple DoD organizations.
In this role, you will work alongside government partners, engineers, and other industry teammates to translate operational and strategic requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions. You will contribute directly to product planning, execution, and continuous improvement—helping ensure capabilities are delivered efficiently, aligned to mission priorities, and positioned for sustained success.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a high-visibility, enterprise program at the intersection of data, analytics, and emerging AI technologies. Active Secret clearance. Experience supporting Agile or SAFe frameworks. Atlassian certifications (e.g., Jira Administrator, Atlassian Certified Professional). Experience with cloud environments such as AWS GovCloud, SC2S AWS Secret Region Cloud, and C2S AWS Cloud. Experience supporting Atlassian tools across multi-enclave DoD environments. Experience integrating Atlassian tools with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience supporting large-scale Agile transformations or enterprise programs. Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools integrated with Atlassian platforms. Familiarity with service ticket management systems such as ServiceNow. Knowledge of AI/ML tools and services. Experience in implementing and managing user support systems and services. Strong understanding of access management mechanisms and procedures. Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions and integrating modern tools such as AI chatbots.

Education: Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field with 8 years experience; Master's degree in related field with 6 years experience.
