As a Senior Functional Analyst III, you will serve as the steward of our UKG Workforce Management (WFM) environment, specifically focusing on Timekeeping configuration and supporting the Advanced Scheduler. This role is designed to stabilize and optimize our workforce operations by blending hands-on technical configuration with strategic governance.
You will own the optimization of UKG Timekeeping and scheduling capabilities, ensuring that our systems perform consistently under high load. Your day-to-day involves translating complex business requirements into functional specifications, driving documentation standards, and managing change control processes. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across implementation and upgrade cycles, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution to support scalable workforce operations.
This position exists to strengthen the governance and documentation surrounding our Timekeeping and Scheduling functions. In a healthcare environment where compliance and accuracy are paramount, your work ensures that our workforce platform remains a reliable engine for our operations.
