About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst - Systems Engineering to directly support the Missile Defense Agency staff in the Office of Ground-based Midcourse Defense Ground Systems. In this role, you will serve as a critical technical partner to the government Program Office, bridging the gap between complex engineering requirements and programmatic decision-making.
You will provide technical support and analysis for the verification of requirements, ensuring alignment with mission objectives. Your work will involve deep-dive system engineering analysis across requirements derivation, traceability, verification, objective evidence review, and CDRL review. Beyond technical execution, you will support programmatic decisions by providing actionable courses of action and recommendations. A key part of your day will involve planning, facilitating, and executing various systems engineering reviews on behalf of the government Program Office, often while collaborating with dispersed teams of government personnel, contractors, and prime developers.
