About the Role
The Senior Analyst, Healthcare position is designed for a Registered Nurse to perform research and analysis of complex healthcare claims data, pharmacy data, and lab data regarding network utilization and cost containment information.
In this role, you will evaluate, write, and present healthcare utilization and cost containment reports, and make recommendations based on relevant findings. You will oversee the development, organization, and ongoing maintenance of data representing a wide range of healthcare information. Additionally, you will develop and direct a process to clean and integrate complex healthcare datasets in order to create the data foundation for further analytics and the development of key insights.
You will also supervise the completion of special projects as requested by various internal departments, or in support of requests from regulatory agencies, contracting agencies, or other external organizations. You will oversee, establish, and maintain timelines for reports and projects, ensuring quality of output by submitting work product for quality checks and reviews and performing similar functions for other staff.
