As a Semi-Truck Driver for Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago, you play a vital role in our mission to drive community impact through responsible logistics. You will be the face of our organization on the road, ensuring the safe and secure transport of materials while maintaining the highest standards of customer and donor service. This position requires a professional demeanor as you interact with internal teams, external customers, and donors, reflecting Goodwill's commitment to excellence in every interaction.
Your day-to-day involves driving assigned routes according to schedule, managing the loading and unloading of materials, and ensuring the vehicle remains in top condition. From completing daily vehicle condition reports to maintaining a clean and orderly work environment, you are responsible for upholding Goodwill Retail Standards and adhering to all Department of Transportation (DOT) and traffic safety regulations. Whether operating a semi-truck, van, or specialized equipment like pallet jacks and freight elevators, your focus remains on safety, efficiency, and professional communication.

Requirements
