Security Manager — Austin, TX at BEST Crowd Management

About the Role

As the 24/7 Security Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of our Austin, TX facility, ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, and assets. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role is critical for maintaining seamless building security controls, managing technical projects, and overseeing the daily operations of our security team. You will act as the primary liaison between our operations, local law enforcement, and event management teams, ensuring that all security protocols align with company policies and local regulations.

In this position, you will not only manage the scheduling and performance of a 24/7 security staff but also play a pivotal role in the execution of major stadium events. You will collaborate closely with the Events Account Manager to plan, coordinate, and direct operations during large-scale gatherings, while also handling crisis management and investigations as needed. This is a dynamic role for a driven operations professional ready to lead teams, improve performance, and deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

verifiedHigh School Diploma or Equivalent

Nice to Have

Experience with a visitor management system, experience with staffing over 200 hours per week, experience with a building patrol touring system, previous military or law enforcement experience.
