About the Role
As a Security Consultant, you will lead and support ProArch customers in building, operating, and continuously improving comprehensive security programs. This client-focused role blends security advisory, service delivery, and operational oversight, utilizing ProArch's standard playbooks and tooling to reduce risk and improve security outcomes.
You will be part of teams that design and deliver technology solutions solving real business challenges for global clients. Your work may involve building intelligent applications, securing business-critical systems, or supporting cloud migrations and infrastructure modernization. You will collaborate with experts across data, AI, engineering, cloud, and cybersecurity to solve complex problems with creativity, precision, and purpose.
In this position, you will leverage ProArch's security platforms to detect and prevent cyber threats, onboard clients into managed security services, and maintain solution health. You will communicate risk and remediation priorities to both technical and executive stakeholders, translating technical findings into business risk. - check_circleSupport presales meetings, proof-of-concept efforts, and security program cost modeling

Requirements
- verified4+ years cybersecurity experience
- verifiedBS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering or significant Microsoft Cloud Security experience
- verifiedMicrosoft AZ-900 certification
- verifiedMicrosoft SC-300 certification
- verifiedMicrosoft AZ-500 certification
- verifiedISC CISSP certification
- verifiedWell understood English dialect
- verifiedAbility to travel within upstate NY and occasionally out of state

Microsoft Purview (IRM, DLP, Insider Risk) and governance concepts; CrowdStrike Endpoint/Identity/XDR experience; Cloud security exposure beyond Microsoft (AWS/GCP) and related security services; Experience with Azure DevOps and process-driven delivery; Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Microsoft Security Copilot familiarity; SPL knowledge; ISC2 CISSP, Microsoft SC-200, CEH, CCSP, or CISM certifications.
