As a Certified Safelite Repair Specialist I, you will serve as the face of our brand, utilizing industry-leading technology to complete vehicle glass repairs. This role is about more than just fixing chips and cracks; it is about championing the "Safelite Spirit" with a can-do attitude, a caring heart, and a service mindset. Your goal is to bring unexpected happiness to customers by delivering work that meets the highest quality standards.

In this position, you will learn the "Safelite Way of Fitting" through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training under the guidance of experienced technicians and leaders. You will manage work orders, customer documentation, and communication using our Mobile Resource Management (MRM) technology, while also promoting Safelite promotional items. The role requires you to operate company and customer vehicles safely, handle tools and chemicals, and maintain a clean workspace, including cleaning customer vehicles during wait times.
