The Scion Group is seeking full-time and part-time temporary staff to support our apartment turnover period, which typically lasts between 4-8 weeks. As a temporary assistant for property turnover, you will play a vital role in providing a seamless move-out and move-in experience for our residents.
This position is ideal for candidates with an all-in attitude and an eagerness to help in a variety of capacities. You will be the face of our operations during critical transition periods, ensuring properties are ready for new tenants through a blend of maintenance, housekeeping, and administrative support.
This role requires extensive mobility and physical activity. You must be able to stand for long periods (8 hours or more per day) and perform tasks such as bending, climbing step ladders, lifting, carrying, grasping, and reaching above shoulders. The ability to lift up to 100 lbs., as well as kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb, is necessary to reach items in need of repair.
