School Based Mental Health Professional

About the Role

The School Based Mental Health Professional provides behavioral health services as contracted by the school district. This role involves coordinating, assessing, implementing, and evaluating the behavioral healthcare needs of children, adolescents, and families. You will provide classroom support, individual counseling, facilitate social skills groups, and deliver crisis intervention.

Beyond direct clinical care, the School Based Clinician functions in consultative, collaborative, and educational relationships with teachers, school administration, the IEP team, and other professionals involved in client care. You will partner with students, teachers, parents, and administrators to provide caring mental health support and increase a holistic understanding of students' and families' needs so they can thrive both in school and at home.
