About the Role
As a Scaffold and Insulation Laborer, you will be the hands-on backbone of our operations, installing, repairing, and removing insulation on piping, ductwork, and industrial equipment. You will collaborate closely with sheet metal workers to select appropriate materials and fabricate removable insulation blankets to meet specific project requirements. Your day-to-day involves assembling and dismantling tubular scaffolding and temporary structures, ensuring safe access with ladders, walkways, and handrails. You will also manage site preparation, including debris removal and the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.
