Saw Operator - 1st Shift

About the Opportunity

This role serves as a key production support position within a metal fabrication shop in Becker, MN. As a Saw Operator/Pre-Fab specialist, you will work closely with engineering and production teams to cut, form, and prepare parts according to engineered drawings and project schedules. The position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic job shop environment where flexibility is essential, as project needs and priorities can shift quickly.

You will be responsible for the quality of work, productivity, safety, and general housekeeping. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently without constant supervision while maintaining high standards for precision and efficiency. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, on the 1st shift.
