About the Role
Sapear Inc. is seeking a specialized SAP BTP Consultant with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence to join our team on a contract basis. This role is designed for professionals who prioritize experience with the Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and AI integration over traditional SAP S/4HANA or classical ABAP development.
In this position, you will design and develop scalable, cloud-native applications leveraging CAPM, SAP Build, and modern integration frameworks. You will be instrumental in building and extending SAP solutions using Node.js, REST/OData APIs, and advanced AI capabilities. A key part of your mission involves utilizing SAP Joule and Business AI to accelerate development cycles, automate processes, and enhance decision-making. You will also apply practical knowledge of generative AI tools, including copilots, Cursor, and Claude, to drive innovation and productivity.
Beyond technical execution, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures. The role demands a commitment to Clean Core principles, ensuring high-quality delivery through DevOps and CI/CD best practices while driving reusability and performance optimization across SAP landscapes. Familiarity with Knowledge Graphs and a proactive approach to staying current with emerging SAP and AI technologies are essential for contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives.
