The Role

As a Salesperson, you will follow a proven playbook and daily activity targets to daily activity targets. Your primary focus will be working with families who have requested help with mortgage protection. You will track your performance, continuously improve your skills, and develop business, communication, and leadership abilities. This role is ideal for individuals who are coachable, competitive, disciplined, and accountable, and comfortable being measured by performance metrics. You will have the support to obtain a life insurance license as we guide you through the process.
