About the Role
Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated Sales Merchandisers to ensure our beverage products are prominently and professionally presented in retail environments. This role is essential to maintaining the brand's presence in grocery stores, convenience stores, and big box retailers. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will serve as the face of Coca-Cola on the sales floor, working independently to uphold high merchandising standards and ensure product availability for customers.
Day in the Life
Your day will involve traveling to multiple store locations along an assigned route. You will collaborate with store managers to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure that shelves and displays remain fully stocked. Key activities include unloading product from delivery trucks, stocking shelves and coolers, rotating product to guarantee freshness, and building promotional displays. You will also be responsible for organizing backroom inventory and tracking stock levels to prevent out-of-stocks. Throughout the day, you will communicate with store management to address any needs and ensure Coca-Cola products are displayed according to company guidelines.
