Coca-Cola Sales Merchandiser

About the Role

Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated Sales Merchandisers to serve as the face of our brand in retail environments. This role is essential for ensuring that Coca-Cola beverage products are prominently displayed, fully stocked, and fresh for customers across grocery stores, convenience stores, and big box retailers. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will play a critical part in maintaining high merchandising standards and driving product visibility on the sales floor.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Merchandiser, you will travel to multiple store locations along an assigned route, working independently to manage inventory and display execution. Your day typically involves unloading product from delivery trucks, stocking shelves and coolers, and building promotional displays that attract customer attention. You will be responsible for rotating product to ensure freshness and organizing backroom inventory to maintain efficient stock levels.

A key part of your role involves collaborating with store managers to communicate inventory needs and ensure that shelves and displays remain fully stocked according to company guidelines. You will also track inventory levels and adhere to strict company safety procedures and route schedules throughout your shift.
