About the Role
Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated Sales Merchandisers to serve as the face of our brand in retail environments. This role is essential for ensuring that Coca-Cola beverage products are available, fresh, and prominently displayed for customers in grocery stores, convenience stores, and big box retailers. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will work independently to maintain high merchandising standards, manage inventory levels, and build strong relationships with store managers across multiple assigned locations.
Day in the Life
Your day begins by traveling to various store locations on an assigned route, where you will unload product from delivery trucks and organize backroom inventory. You will then stock shelves and fill coolers, ensuring that all products are properly rotated to maintain freshness. A key part of your responsibility involves building promotional displays and organizing product placement according to company merchandising standards. Throughout the day, you will communicate with store managers to track inventory levels and ensure shelves remain fully stocked, working independently while following company safety procedures and route schedules.
